Which are the best? I have Wario Ware, Mario Kart, and Guitar Hero.

I've played Super Paper Mario which is good.

Smarty Pants is a trivia game thats really fun.

Boom Blox is a pretty fun party game.

The Price is Right is okay....it get old really really quickly.

Has anyone played CSI? I'd like to know how that is.

Also, i'm looking for more party games, just silly games you can play over and over not COD or anything like that.

Let me save you some trouble and say 99% of movie/TV-based games are absolute crap. The same can be said of 90% of all Wii games.

2 was considered the best of the ww2 bunch cod-wise.

3 was made by a different developer and had a slightly differnet feel which some people didnt like. i, however, really enjoyed it (though i admittedly didnt play 2 much). COD3 had vehicles in multiplayer and classes (medic, anti-tank, etc) which were fun though could be seen as unbalanced. still a blast multiplayer with a decent single player. i believe that team is making one of the newer CODs while the team that made #4 is doing the other.

tl;dr: it was diff and some ppl didnt like it but COD is a solid series through and through.

What game started with the Battle of Normandy? I really liked that game. I think I played both CoD2 and 3, but I can't differentiate between the two now...

Infinity Ward is the company that created the series and made 1 and 2 is the one that made 4 and will also be making the 6th installment.

Treyarch and Activision the company that made 3 is making the newest one, COD 5: World at War, which goes back to WWII and is currently in the beta testing stage. However, they are using the same engine that Infinity Ward used on 4 so hopefully they'll keep heading in the right direction.
