nah. I exercise fairly often, and live a pretty active lifestyle.
but no, this sauce isn't eaten in one meal. there's lots of leftovers for days...

1lb 10oz of sauce. the liquid from the onion and bell pepper come out, and makes it perfect

that's a good basic spaghetti sauce though, I must admit. Next time double the garlic, and add fresh parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme instead of the dried italian seasoning. Also throw in a bay leaf while the sauce cooks, just make sure you remember to fish it out before you serve it. Fresh herbs are more expensive though, that's why i have an herb garden

whoops, I forgot the mention the basil

we were trying to lay off the garlic, because we ate a lot of it this weekend when we made a garlic chicken dish. The recipe called for 6 cloves. The next day, I farted and it smelled sweet like garlic. I was worried

true. I'm also partially convinced that I work with a vampire. She always gets there in the morning (before the sun comes up) and leaves in the evening (after the sun goes down). The buildings have no windows, so she's never exposed to sunlight. So it pays to be cautious.

well I have really high blood pressure, and my dad died of heart failure, so I pretty much avoid salt all together. garlic is pretty much the best method I use to add flavor to food without causing my heart to explode

good plan
I know you mentioned that you work out....but is it just lifting? or are you getting some cardio in as well?

I run at least 2 miles a day on top of lifting. I have my BP under control for the most part now. I was stage 2 hypertension for a while and they had me on meds. But by changing my diet (i.e. cutting out booze, salt, etc) and working out I was able to get it under control. It's still above normal, but not high to the point that I need to be on meds anymore.

good to hear

I suppose I'll need to change my diet sooner or later. I have a dreadful fear of growing a pot belly. Luckily, I've been blessed with an amazing metabolism. Aha, I'm doing better than a lot of other 26 (in a couple of weeks) year olds I know

I'll be 26 on October 21st. I was born in 1982 in Washington, DC at 10:45pm in georgetown hospital for women. The doctor that delivered me died about 5 years ago. Please don't leave me Megan. I have experience or something.

Fuck that... fresh pressed/chopped garlic FTW. I eat tons of garlic... not only is it super healthy, but also super delicious as well, with pretty much anything.
