That's what you get for banking with wachovia; yes, you can do what you're asking, without any problems.

10/15/2008 8:18:58 PM

transfers within wachovia are freeor transfers from outside wachovia INTO wachovia are freebut not out of wachovia...they dont want money exiting their system
10/15/2008 8:27:46 PM
oh that's retarded. i only used wachovia as a checking account b/c it was the most available atms around where i moved to, and only keep like 500-600 in there at a time for if i needed to grab cash.i just migrated to a schwab investor class account though and would recommend you taking a peek at it.2% interest, no minimums, unlimited atm fee refunds, etc.you just have to maintain a no minimum brokerage account and fund it (i already have a brokerage account elsewhere, so the one i opened i funded with $20, and havent touched it)if you dont mind not having access to a b&m, it ain't that bad.but yeah, the ole atm withdraw/walk in and deposit may be the option here, if it's cheaper in atm fees than $3. ahah[Edited on October 15, 2008 at 8:33 PM.
