I want to leave work early today but im waiting for traffic on 40 to clear up. Around what time does traffic going 40east from Durham start to give?

I work off aviation & 40 and it's usually good before 415 and after 615 or so except fridays.... when it's like 330-7 (urgh)

I'm glad I go 40 east in the morning and 40 west in the afternoons. That sun glare is a bitch in the mornings though.

Yeah, traffic was craptastic at 6:10.

Seriously, with the fair it's going to suck for a while so it might be best just to go get stuck in there with everybody else.

Well just for future reference, I left around 6:45 pm and did not hit any traffic jams. Traffic was fairly heavy but no slowing down so it was all good. Thanks for the posts.
