^^^ Yes, I'm nearly certain that is how Apanavicious or whatever got his job...

Yeah Kiker's range was 35 yards and in, but at least he was pretty accurate able to get his foot on the ball from there and helped the team GPA

yeah the team GPA and graduation rate was probably what kept him around...I'm sure Deraney or whoever was the punter at the time could have a better XP percentage, since Kiker missed a few of those 10/22/2008 5:05:26 PM |

negative. That fucker missed extra point attempts like it was his job. I thought about trying out for his spot many times when I was in school.10/22/2008 5:05:35 PM |

Some of you need to go back and look up Kiker's stats....
He is not nearly as bad as most mad out to be. 10/22/2008 5:25:34 PM |

^^haha "statistics". Statistically speaking A-Rod has been historically awesome in the regular season and choked in the postseason. Same with Kiker in the clutch...
I mean, he wasn't statistically, but they don't keep stats on how many games his missed FG's and PAT's cost games or changes in momentum, not to mention having to go for it on 4th down because Chuck had no confidence in him

Austin herbert was the punter during the kiker regime.
Deraney took over all kicking duties after kicker graduated.10/22/2008 5:55:25 PM |

kikers' imperfections were probably magnified because of rivers 10/22/2008 6:30:49 PM |

That's the other thing about him I really remember. Go for two in completely uneeded situations and going for it on fourth down a bunch.
Hey, I gotta give the guy credit. Alot of people gave him shit, but he had the balls to try out and make the team. More than I can say for myself even if I look back and know I could have done it.10/22/2008 6:50:22 PM |
