any suggestions. I'm really looking for a dog that's low maintence, from a great blood line, and can really attract alot of chicks when I'm hanging around on South Beach.

true. very true. thanks for reminding me. for some reason though I think a dog would be more of a pal. it'd probably make me a nicer person. +plus if its a good breed if I tire of the dog I'm sure I'd be able to sell it or give it away easily.


i'm thinking about blowing $500 on a dog from one of those shops on the beach. but a more masculine type of dog. not the kind that fits in a purse. my ex-gf has the purse dog. so do most of the women on SoBe.

the behavior of the dog depends largely on the owner, not the breed. prepare to shell out a lot of money if you're looking for a purebred--i see so many of them with chronic issues (my family dog included).

if you're looking for a low maintenance animal, get a betta.

I know this thread is bullshit, but I must say don't get a dog unless you are ready to train it so you won't be abusive to it, be ready for random shits and pisses to clean up, making arrangements somehow so you can leave it or more than a day, getting shit chewed up, or a random vet visit because it ate something like a battery, and if you don't have at least $1000 in the bank don't get a pet in general.
