my computer is pissing me off big time. for some reason it wont recognize cds/dvds that are in the drive
all software/firmware has been updated
when i put in a cd the cursor changes to the disc like it is opening something but nothing ever works.
itunes cannot open audio cds and even explorer says that there is nothing there.

hopefully it is an easy fix and i have just become computer illiterate the last few years and someone knows wtf is wrong

it doesnt do shit....its weird tho...i just wiped my drive and reinstalled windows and it loaded that from the cd (but with difficulties) i had to reboot and random times because it said their was no cd in the drive. now i havent been able to install printer drivers or anything else from cds.
the led on the front of the drive blinks when i insert a cd and my computer acts like it is opening it but nothing ever happens
