2.4G Core2Duo
4GB ram
HP tv tuner

Sometimes when playing back a tv show, there is a 3 second audio delay. What the hell.

Can't find much online. Anyone else experience it?

Typically nothing else is running, except for WMC.

mpeg encoder sucks.

been there, found a different capture program.

its either A) the file is encoded wrong B) the codec decoding it is bad C) your comp doesnt have the resources required.

Sounds like a decoding issue. WMC should work fine on that computer. What video card?

Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT

tis a laptop.

firefox and windows media center do not play well.

figured it out.
