guacamole is like crack to me

one of my friends is slightly allergic but eats it anyway
she says the better the guac, the worse her reaction

Keep it absolutely airtight. Put it in a tupperware container, cover with saran wrap so the top touches the top of the guacamole. No air in the container whatsoever. Keep refrigerated.

Put a little lemon juice on top of the guac first.

because a lot of people don't like it but i don't get why. so it is underrated. everyone says they hate avocado but i don't believe them. whats to hate?

If you make guacamole right, you need to mix juice of 1/4 - 1/2 a lime per avacado.

Too little - get brown.
Too much - acidic taste.
