i lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks on the south beach dietit sucked at first not having any carbs but once your body gets used to it, its fine.I've kind of gone off the diet since my wedding and have gained back 4 pounds so I probably need to start the diet over again.

^^^yeah, I have figured that outI felt so much better after I lost that 10 pounds. I wasn't as tired as I used to be.I think I just need to exercise more and monitor what I eat for snacks. congratulations. i am very jealous!i hit a serious plateau. even though i've only eaten 800-1000 calories/day for 6 years, i just recently stopped losing weight. my trainer had me double my intake and i've lost 3 pounds since then .hopefully i can lose another 15. i'd LOVE to be down to 120. if i ever get there, i'll probably be naked all the time.
