i went up to a 40w over my first year of "sobriety". quitting an addiction will make you fat.

but got back down to 34 just from switching to 2% milk and the 93/96% lean hamburger the only time i ever had to/ wanted to/ tried to lose weight, and it was simple. only took a few months, simply by eating stuff with less fat in it

you didn't get shorter. when you have a gut it tends to hold up your pants legs a bit (like, use more fabric up top), thus you need longer legs. when you lose the gut, it doesn't hold up the pants legs, and you now need shorter legs.
