Does anyone know the name of the movie which had this following scene?

I think its either ben stiller or adam sandler. and they are talking about how they are when the girl isn't around and the hold down this toy:
to make it look all sad and then say something like when she's here I'm like this, and lets go of the giraffe toy and its all happy. may not have been a giraffe but it was that toy....
