I'm registered in Mecklenburg County, but will be on campus for election day, and I didn't request an absentee ballot. Can I vote at another precinct for the big things (President, Governor) and have my vote count? Can I vote early at another precinct?

Thanks.

I believe even with early voting, you have to vote in the same county that you are registered.
