It is not creepy. Their child only has a limited amount of time on earth. As a parent, you want that short time to be as full of life and love as possible. You also want to hold on to as much as you can of that short time through pictures and other momentos.

I know that it can be difficult to understand, but once you have a child, you'll start. And once you have a child whose life is so unsure, then you'll get it.
