use sportsbook poker (quick cashouts, checks sent via fedex or dhl usually within 2 weeks)

bodog is ok and takes us players too (but i hate this site)

dont touch any of the others

Bodog is having payout problems. They're okay to use and the overlays are nice, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Full Tilt & Poker Stars are the only ways to go.
