Laser printer finally needed a new toner cartridge. Good thing I bought an extra toner cartridge when I got the printer. Here comes another 5000 pages without having to worry about ink cartridges.

TWW is a blg.

The best part is that the original toner cartridge was only projected to print 3500 pages but it died right before 5000. Hopefully this second toner cartridge will be as nice.

Seriously you can buy a cheap Brother laser printer for ~$100-$130 and pick up an extra toner cartridge for $50 and you're set for years of printing. Why would anyone buy an inkjet unless they need to print colors?

i was just thinking the same thing about my hp 1100 - the cart claims 2000 pages and i've had it 3 years without running low yet.

you can print in color with laser too

I found one sitting next to the dumpster awhile back. Looked fine but didn't work. Oh well, it was worth a shot... It's still sitting in my dining room.
