Cale Yarborough( you spelled that wrong son) – I would put him in the top 5 maybe, but not above Earnhardt.
Junior Johnson – Perhaps as a car owner, he was notorious for cheating and also drove in the same time period where it was about equipment. He only won at small tracks and there are a lot more superspeedways now.
Davey Allison – With that team, Ernie Irvan was just as successful as Davey soon after, who else? Dale Jarret? I’d put Alan Kulwicki who actually beat Davey with his own team above Davey.

The real top 3

1. Dale Earnhardt – came from nothing and built an empire, won with many pieces of shit cars, but raced with the real Nascar rules.
2. Jeff Gordon, I hate the fag but he dominated the late 90s, advantage was the first real multi-car team. He has slumped because the competition has caught up with him.
3. Richard Petty- He raced in a time when the same 5 teams won every race every week. Not to mention there were years with twice as many races as they have now. But with that he dominated the dominators.

Others like Cale Yarborough/Bobby Allison/Darrel Waltrip/David Pearson/Bill Elloitt/ Rusty Wallace etc. are debatable. A lot of new drivers will be up there, Jeff Gordon’s butt buddy Jimmie Johnson has had a top 5 first 250 start career.. etc.

In conclusion please explain.
