i just turned 30 in august.

you don't notice this until after you're 30, but 30 is the cutoff age for not being young anymore. you'll suddenly start to hear this all the time:

"young people, under 30"



its not that bad though, i felt old for a few days then it didn't matter anymore!

Well my late 20's were just one traumatic event after another, so I was welcoming my 30's. Especially because a week before I turned 30 my engine blew up and I lost my job on the same day.

30 has been pretty good so far save for the fact my dad died in September. Outside of that things seem to be looking up.
