it's really not that bad(at least the one i work at) our front of house needs to be fixed up, but we have a stand up back of house crew and a pretty good front of house crew. And overall our food is pretty damn good(for the quality of chain it is)

and honestly we have stayed later(a party of 6 got there at 10:55) and we had to serve them, it wasn't that bad, i mean i wanted to get the hell out of there, but they were nice, didn't complicate their order, and tipped very well
