YEAH A STORE CLERK (NOT THE OWNER, BUT THE CLERK) WAS RECENTLY ON THE NEWS FOR SHOOTING TWO YOUNG MEN, AGES 18 AND 20 IIRC, AS THEY FLED A GAS STATION.

HE SHOT BOTH OF THEM IN THE BACK AS THEY RAN THROUGH A PARKING LOT BECAUSE THEY HAD STOLEN A CASE OF BEER.

I DON'T PARTICULARLY SUPPORT SUCH ACTIONS, BUT HE WAS PERFECTLY LEGAL UNDER TX LAW. NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE CLERK AS A RESULT.
