i'm guessing contacting USA T&F is a must, but who else do you contact? if its in a neighborhood do you contact HOA? City of Raleigh (to shut down the streets)?

most likely gonna do eastern chapter Alzheimer association
but they get a lot of stuff goin on, they just had a memory walk at coco booth place in cary like a month and half-2 months ago.
i have nothing against helping them with more money.. but perhaps other people need help too.
