I don't know what exactly they did, but half of the services no longer start correctly. They completely axed our Terminal Service Licenses, fucked up the Group Policy Manager somehow, hosed the anti-virus software... I took it off-line today and scanned the ever-loving shit out of it with every AV tool I could get my hands on to make sure it was clean... The actual av software was in tact and operating, but the management component of it was hosed. Application log was filled up in just under 7 days, as was the System log. freaking absurd.

And all of this occurred after one of their "top tech support managers" gave our servers a "clean bill of health," despite the eight or nine server restarts in the past three months due to memory controller errors, not to mention the SCSI device failure that we've had from day-fucking-one that we've never been able to fix, not even with a new mobo and scsi card. Thankfully that card isn't the one that serves the OS hard drives, so I know that wasn't the cause of the problem.
