So now Im pissed because I realized its only being released for Xbox today and not for the PS3. Seems like Xbox is winning the war when it comes to decent RPG's and it looks like we are gonna have to wait for an xbox port of the new final fantasy before the ps3 version is released... great! If the ps3 wasnt also a blu ray player they would be pretty fucked I think. Thats the only reason I chose it over the Xbox and now its biting me in the ass.

This came out today for the PC, I think. A lot of the issues that caused reviewers to pan the Xbox360 version were graphical issues with the game engine and other technical glitches. I played the PC demo and never noticed any of that, so I'm hopeful that they got fixed during the delays in releasing the PC version.

I'm probably still going to wait for the PS3 version to come out before deciding which one to buy, though. The PS3 unfortunately still doesn't have a firm release date, which might indicate trouble with the Unreal engine on PS3. Anyone seen any news about it?

The game still looks amazing, nonetheless. I'm excited about it.

The demo was kinda interesting. Like you, I'm debating whether to pull the trigger on the PC version or wait for the PS3 one myself. I have to admit that it felt rather awkward trying to play that game on keyboard instead of controller.

^^^I had an old USB gamepad to play on, but if you follow the directions in this link, it'll tell you how to hook up your PS3 controller on your PC. It's a bit cumbersome, which is why I stuck with my old gamepad instead of using it, but it should do the trick.

I wish they would put out a PS3 demo of this so I could go ahead and compare it to the PC version. They still haven't even announced an official PS3 release date yet.

You should definitely check it out for x360, but with it installed to the harddrive. Yea, it slowed down a bit during heavy action, but I never saw the massive slow down, to the point that it was nearly unplayable, that alot of the reviews talked about.
