You know has alienated alumnus for years, actually, now at least a decade.

I appreciate the flashy, well-put-together attempt to empty my pockets, but NCSU succeeded in fully pissing me off during my entire tenure there.

In my 3.5 years of undegrad, they successfully ended every single major social event in and around campus, raised my tuition while cutting my realized benefits, I was constantly reminded of the "guilty until proven innocent" thinking of the administration and generally treated like a cog in the wheel of the university.

I wonder what the average age of a university booster is now. I'd bet that since the mid 80's the amount of new donations and alumnus support has tanked considerably. The university needs to wake the hell up and realize that I don't want to FUND the same bullshit for the next generation of students.
