so tips on living in mexico?

tips as in stuff like whats super cheap there to buy that would be worth bringing back here, how much crime is there, etc

well all food stores are more expensive there than here
food you buy on the street is sooo good but soo dirty
clothes are dirt cheap (even real name brand)
u can pretty much buy everything fake there
u cant drink the water

oh, and houses are dirt cheap to rent. you can rent out a $300,000 house in fenced in, privite, guarded community for like $800 bucks a month
