Im looking for a 1 bedroom, i saw grace park which is a cool setting, living above stores, but its kind of expensive and they are really uptight

check out their application, they have background check, credit check, renting history
if you have any misdemeanor you cant rent there, i dont have any but still its kind of weird

^ I lived there for 1.5 years!

I had a 2 bedroom, the second was a sunroom/office and I paid 745 a month.

Although, it is a bit like little India though.

southern oaks is more on the durham side of morrisville. Theyre only like a year old and usually have good move-in specials. I think last I saw was like first month free plus a $300 visa gift card. Really nice staff to work with.

I live in the Lodge at Crossroads right now and it's meh. You can get a way nicer apartment for cheaper in the west part of Cary. Our lease runs out at the end of the month so my fiance and I looked all over the west part of Cary. After looking at ~8 complexes we decided on the Tradition at Stonewater.

This place is brand new (first people moved in July 2008) and our apartment won't even be finished until early January. We're getting the bigger 1 bedroom with ~915 square feet for $794/month. The first months rent is free so that brings it down to about $750 per month. They are also waiving a lot of the fees and the place includes a washer/dryer.

Look at Carpenter Villiage (I think its called Olde Carpenter) or something like that.

We asked them on saturday about their rates, and I think you can get a 1bed for ~650.

They have onsite pool/gym, some units have garages, its right at Davis/Morrisville Carpenter.

1380 sq ft? Damn, that's bigger than a lot of 2-3 bedroom houses--are the rooms just massive?
