Richard Howell and his Marietta GA Wheeler HS team are on ESPNU right now in the City of Palms 3rd Place game. Howell opened the game with winning the tip and then scoring the first 2 points with a dunk. Ari Stuart (wake) plays for Wheeler also. Doc Rivers' son plays for the team they are playing... He has already committed to FLA as a Sophomore. 12/23/2008 3:04:53 PM |

Howell looks like a beast. I can't even imagine a lineup of Wall, Brown, Coster, Favors/Cousins and Howell....
can you imagine that shit?

^^ what did he finish with, 44? dude was pretty insane. Florida's got a good one coming their way. Roy Williams was there. All 5 of his 09 commits were in that tournament.

Wheeler lost. I imagine they were pretty intimidating with Hickson and Howell up front.
"Wheeler was led by senior Tahj Tate with 28 points. Wake Forest recruit Ari Stewart and North Carolina State-bound Richard Howell had 18 points each.."
"His [Rivers] 46 points is the seventh-best single-game scoring output in the 36-year history of the City of Palms and the best this year. Rivers’ 30.0 points per game average this year is 13th on the all-time list.."

lol. 1/2 that lineup never even came to State...Costner left before Howell/Brown even got started. So 2/6...3/3/2013 9:40:44 PM |

That would have been a sick college team in hindsight though 3/3/2013 9:55:34 PM |

Brandon Costner had one good half season the entire team he was here, then "declared himself" for the draft (bunch of bullshit). Pretty sure his name should never come up in 'good team' discussions, no matter how much he did for our program (beat UNC).. 3/3/2013 9:58:20 PM |

I can't imagine even Lowe wouldve screwed that up
Ok, he wouldve, but he wouldve done it like Baylor does every year. Not like he did every year. 3/4/2013 1:53:20 AM |
