It was most decidedly NOT sunny when I was there. Hell it was probably the hardest rain I've walked through for that much time when we were coming back from the constitution center.

the philly airport isn't that bad. it's well lit, clean, and has plenty of food, shops, etc....

my only complaint is that it's ALWAYS congested, and flights are always late. also, they ha e the terminals split up across the airport...so I always have to take the shuttle to get to/from my terminals on connecting flights
