where's the best place to break open the system for removal of the brake fluid

i dont have anything fancy like a little hand pump to provide suction or anything, so i'll just pump the brakes with the system open and something to catch the fluid?

i am pretty much cutting a car in half; entire front clip, brakes, hubs, suspension, engine, transmission... away from the car

I just want to remove the brake fluid without making an enormous mess

i know it will make some mess, but trying to limit the cleanup

cut the lines just below the master cylinder and catch the draining fluid from the cut halves... then when the flow tapers off, crimp the lines.

I'd just cut the lines under the car around where you're cutting the frame rails then crimp them like ^ said
