no one is gonna be standing at the gate and make you show valid id to get on the field. But you could be asked at some point to show id and could be trespassed if you don't belong there. But they only do that if you're being a dumbass and causing trouble.

thanks. I know what it says on the website and I was just curious if it was ever enforced.

Miller Fields Rules and Regulations

1. Outdoor courts and fields are for the exclusive use of currently enrolled students, faculty and staff of NC State University. All users must present a valid NC State All Campus card when requested.
2. Unauthorized groups or individuals using the outdoor facilities will be asked to leave the premises.
3. Pets, motorized vehicles and open flames are not allowed on any of the outdoor facilities.
4. Hitting golf balls is permitted only in the designated area on Upper Miller Field.
5. Recreational skateboarding and or rollerblading is not allowed on any of the outdoor courts.
6. A group or individual not adhering to the aforementioned guidelines will be asked to depart the premises and may be cited for trespassing.
