wanna know how stupid i am, i used to think i couldnt set my alarm to GO outsize of 12 hours of wake up time. so i used to fall asleep and forget.

once i realized i could turn it off and reset it for the next day, things got better

yeah, all the buttons are hard to hold down, and it seems like the "advance [selected digit] one position" logic is tied to the second counter regardless of whether you hold it or press it repeatedly

you only get one advancement per second, and if you press it repeatedly it only advances if you press it at the right time

hooray hand-me-down alarm clocks lol
