No topic on this movie? I'm excited about it but I haven't seen many reviews of it by any decent horror buffs.

Out Friday.

looks like a fucking terrible movie but I might just go see it for the 3D gimmick

probably cheaper than an IMAX 3D but less impressive too

well obviously it's going to be a terrible movie. You don't go to see a horror flick expecting a piece of cinema gold. It does, however, look awesome and fun.

Wow I can't believe it has 100% so far, maybe it isn't that bad? I kinda wanna see it, because I can't remember the last time I saw a movie in the third dimension.

what kind of 3D is it? The red/blue 3D or the good type?

I think they stopped makign the red/blue kind in the early 80s. It's the tinted glasses kind.

i saw a sneak preview tonight. it was really fun. the plot is typical slasher material, but the 3D and gore and nudity is fun stuff. its a fun movie, but see it in 3D

The original scared the shit out of me when I was little. I can't remember how much of that was the movie or me being little kid/pansy

I have it in my netflix queue but it is not available

it says 2D and 3D? Do you have to go to certain theaters to see it in 3D? what about crossroads?

I would imagine it was shot where it looks 2D without the glasses and 3D with the glasses, there shouldnt be any red/blue effect

from what I've read in this thread so far

FYI
i called around... crossroads 20 is only showing it in 2D

i went to park place.. with the exception of 2 employees that were helpful, it was the worst theater i've ever been to..

the movie was good in 3D...fun and what I expected

it's because you were a little kid. i just watched it again the other night, and couldn't stop laughing. then again, i was also scared by "killer klowns from outer space" when i was little.

all that said, still going to see it.

this is probably a dumb question, but when this comes on dvd, will it be 3D or 2D?

saw it last night with the gf and dbhawley.

not that bad, i actually liked it...tho the surcharge for the movie being 3D was stupid.

be sure to carry your student ID if you go to the Morrisville one.

3D tv's will be made more available by the end of the year I think. Price isn't as bad as you think. Problem is will it catch on or be the next HD DVD

gay movie, maybe it was just because the movie theater didnt have it in 3d, what the hell, how do you have a movie thats made for 3d and not even show it in 3d. I wasnt told it wasnt 3d until after i bought my ticket, im an idiot but i decided to still watch it
