Great, I'll probably (maybe not, won't know for another 10-14 days) be working for a new and different boss just as I was getting used to my current role under my current boss.

Today's conference call was basically, "So, we're making some changes, restructuring our 5 divisions into 4 market areas, we'll be shifting some of you from your current areas, but we aren't going to tell you that just yet. We just want to give you plenty of time to stew and worry while the rumor mill spins into high gear."

Yes, I still have a job and to the best of my knowledge no one is losing theirs. In fact they're adding two new positions, but it's still a giant pain in the ass, especially since my review is coming up so I may have to impress some stranger in the next month in order to get a decent raise. Overall I'm not directly affected, but like I said, there's a chance that pretty much all the people over me will change.
