Like new in original box with all accessories.

Only issue is when passing 1080p video through the receiver to the TV the screen can start to flicker rapidly. It doesnt happen all the time but it can get pretty bad when it does. The flickering only happens with 1080p video, other resolutions work fine. There are no other issues with the receiver.

whoops meant to say the unit is in like new physical condition (no scratches, bumps, dents, warping, etc.).

in regards to the fliuckering, I dont believe the issue is a huge deal because passing video through the receiver adds another form of processing to the picture (the avr uses Faroudja video processing). It doesnt decode Dolby HD anyways so most people have no need to pass it through.
