Hey. I live in The Links Apartments off Tryon road near what used to be UHouse. My sister is moving out and I'm looking for someone to possibly take her place beginning in may. Lease ends Aug. 31st but could renew. Rent is 425 + utilities which normally runs us about 100-115 per month for power, cable/internet, and water.
