I have a 2200sqft house with 4 bedrooms. One of my roommates told me a few days ago that he has no money and is moving back to NYC immediately to live with family. Kind of a shock and bad timing mid January but I now need a roommate ASAP. A few features of the house:

*Laundry room with washer and dryer
*Front porch, deck, back patio with grill
*1500sq foot basement

Rent is 400/mo + utilities (avg 40-60).

sorry.. it's only a mile from campus off Western back in the neighborhood between Kent rd and I-440.
It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Our next door neighbor is a retired professor.
