When I was a freshman there way back in 03-04

We had a baller snow fight the same night that the Rick James skit came out on Chapelle's show

I have extremely fond memories of running up behind people and throwing my custom ice balls at their back of their head from point blank range while yelling out the signature line from the episode

Probably a top 5 college memory for me

Now I know that we never hear about it when police do their job, but sometimes one has to wonder where they find these people. It's a fucking snowball. If an officer wants to be a douche and arrest a kid for that, it appears that is deemed allowable - but is the tackle really necessary? Too many police are incapable of swallowing their pride and doing the right thing.

I have a cop friend and asked him what he would do in this situation before telling him what actually happened. He said with such a large number to get under control and dependent on the intentions of the person throwing the snowball he probably would have done the same thing to set an example.
