make a fake cause for people to get behind.
like....

Make up a story about a bear cub coat mill. Where rich americans breed bear cubs and shave them bald while their fur is soft and cuddly. Then weave this hair into luxury coats. They then throw the cubs in cold water to prep them for the next stage of hair growth.

we could pull some obscure footage of bear cubs being shaven (like in a zoo or something).

and sell merchandise like shirts with this printed on it:

Fake as hell. You can even see when the cat is swimming in the water that the hook is not piercing its back.

The only bad thing they are doing is putting the cats in the water. I'd like to send them my cat to wash it. Last time I tried giving her a bath I got my arms sliced up. That was about 7 years ago.

ARe you kidding? Did you even watch the video? It was laced with satire, and the kittens were not remotely harmed in the video. It was obvious the hook wasn't actually being hooked in to the cat.

i don't understand the objection. is this illegal or something? in the olden days, sharks used to come on land regularly, specifically to dine on kittens. actually, they used to keep the stray kitten population in check, eating kittens by the wheelbarrowful. then in the 1940's, pressured by his wife, captain Gorton made a pact with the shark king, agreeing that humans would extinguish their hated enemy, the breaded stick fish. in return the sharks would forever stay in the sea, left to dine on sea kittens (they're not as good as land kittens).
