Not particularly creepy except maybe for the fact that his leg movements make it look like he's epileptic. I mean, a lot of musicians move their legs around in music videos, but his just seems downright retarded, in the literal sense.

I can see it being construed as creepy. He's got the zombie/retard walk down pat.

Not a music video, but when I was little I listened to oldies stations to go to sleep, and every time American Pie came on I'd wake up screaming and crying. I still change the station when that shit comes on.
