Haha...I had the windows open.

I lost power.

Not too long ago, it dawned on me 'you know, there was a nice, sharp, yellow band of rain on the radar a while ago...'

So I call up a friend on campus: "Yeah, it just started coming down sideways here."

As I am shutting windows, it did the same here. Got those bastards shut just in the nick of time.

yup. ran right into this shit as soon as I got on 40. Couldn't see shit so I took the Lake Wheeler exit and just went through raleigh. I bet every damn light between the farmer's market and Carter Finley was red when I got to it.
