Even if this is a purely theoretical exercise - there are very few people on this board who have the technical expertise necessary to pull this off. I haven't seen most of those post in recent memory and I don't think you are among them.

if you want to "view" dlls, you can use http://www.red-gate.com/products/reflector/

but i don't think this is what you're looking for or will help accomplish whatever it is you're trying to do

1. Install SofIce or some other debugger
2. Breakpoint on win32 call to read the text of a text box
3. Enter bullshit in text box, click "REGISTER"
4. Step through until your key is compared to the correct key for the given name
5. Enter that key
6. Profit

^That probably won't work, but SoftIce will be your best friend for reverse engineering.

How does SoftIce compare to OllyDbg? It's the only thing I've ever used, but it works fairly well.
