yeah, that movie that the internet stopped Weinstein from changing is finally going to be playing in the triangle.

If you don't know what I'm talking about...
Basically Fanboys was made, and people really liked it, including George Lucas and Kevin Smith. Then Weinstein decided to take out part of the story and dose it up with vulgar teen comedy because movies like that were performing really well. So they re-shot a bunch of stuff and when aint it cool let the world know that a cool movie was being effed up for a few extra bucks an online campaign got weinstein to scrap the extra stuff.

Some things changed a little, compromises were made, but the original film maker thinks this is the best version.

The Raleigh Grande will be playing this starting Friday Feb 20th.
I pushed for us to get it so I hope it does decent.
