You can have so much more for so much less!
2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the Greek Village wolfline in the Parkwood Village Apartment Complex.
Its in a quiet part of the complex. My electric bills are very reasonable and it was recently "rennovated" where they took out most of the wall between the kitchen and living room so its open. I like it here, but have an internship over the summer.
If you'd like, you can stay short term from May-August OR we can extend the lease a whole year.
$680/mo for both bedrooms, water included.

No, I pulled it from their website.
Yup, ground floor. The guy who lives above it is one of the maintenance guys, so hes always really quiet. Zero issues with bugs, even though its on the ground. No one is attached on either side, either.
Electricity is usually about 60 bucks a month. It was more in December cause my stupid roommate turned the heat up to 77 the three weeks I was gone. Water is free, and you can leech wireless, but I get cable/internet from twc.
As far as rennovate, its not like they pimped it out, hense the quotes. They cut out the wall and put up fresh paint, rewired a few more outlets. I haven't seen any of the ones that weren't rennovated so I don't really know how huge a difference it is.
And yeah, its on the small side. But it fits a huge ass tv, one of those giant L shaped sofas, coffee table and enough room to play ddr (same roommate). The one bathroom is kinda a drag, but its got really awesome water pressure and a good hot water heater. I'm in the bigger bedroom, and have more than enough room. Roommate has a queen bed and assorted other things in his and its not too cramped.

Maybe he was poking fun at your use of "rennovated" because it's misspelled.
