No problems? 5.7 Hemi, btw w/ 20's nucka. Going to use either a tow dolly or car trailer.

This is to Charlotte, btw.

it'll pull it fine. i'd take it out of overdrive especially when you get to said hills and if you hear it trying to find a gear.

it'll easily pull it. all of it together will weigh, what, barely over 3000 lbs?

[Edited on February 20, 2009 at 3:46 PM. Reason : maybe not even 3000]

oh, and if you use a dolly be SURE to remove the driveshaft! you can probably just disconnect it from the diff yoke and tie it up out of the way with some wire or duct tape.

Call the kid this morning to say I'm on the way and he says he sold it last night to a friend... Oh well. I was gonna buy it for a really good deal.

This was it http://m.grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/2008-classifieds/1986-bmw-325es-douglasville-ga/7286/page1/. He was gonna take $875 after some hard bargaining haha

that car looks like hell on the inside. a running car for 875 isnt bad though.

that car was still a little overpriced even at $875 when you throw in gas money, and that car makes my old '86 325es look like its ready for a showroom.

why were you going to drive to atlanta for an eta? you should be able to find one cheap around here, no one wants the eta. if you are just looking for a cheap beater i guess its not bad, while mine was slow as shit it actually pulled really well at highway speeds and could pass comfortably. but i don't know what he was saying about good 0-60 time, its a 10+ second car

you want an i and not an e unless you are just trying to find the cheapest thing that runs

yeah, that wouldn't be a terrible deal if it was local (although I don't really know why you'd want it), but i don't know why you'd drive to Atlanta to pick up en ES with almost 300,000 miles.

It should pull it fine. I've pulled 10,000 pounds of hay behind my 6 cylinder 2wd F-150.

Get an i not an e or people will think you're from slaptit's hometown. I thought you sold the Ram.
