wooden black tv stand rated to hold up to a 32" tube or 52" flat panel used for less than 4 months.other than a little dust it's in good shape . paid 80+tax for it just want it gone. $40 takes it

it's pretty light it's mostly particle board covered in laminate. my guss would be around 50-60 lbs max
