I've gotten maybe 1.2 or 1.3 MB/s downloading...it freaked me out the first time cause it was bouncing around 900+ KB/s and then all of a sudden it said 1 MB/s and I didn't notice the MB/s at first and was like waaah?

But my upload speeds are still capped by Time Warner at like 25-30 KB/s
