oh hahah, i LOVE living here - the blood bank is gone, NCSU bought that bldg and land, crime is gone, no more sketch ppl. i get a room that is 15'x15'x13' with a fireplace and my own bathroom in a baller old house with hardwoods for only 400$ - that includes everything - tv, water, utils, internet, etc. I never have to use my car. didn't have to buy parking permit. my land lady is awesome. she lets me work on and renovate the house and she pays for the mat'ls. best deal ive ever had. I live with two of my best friends.

eh, i investigated several houses on that street in, oh, 2002 and everything we saw was terrible. if they are fixing shit up good on em but we saw moldy, peeling walls, horrible heating and questionable plumbing everywhere. we walked in the living room of one place and heard the neighbors having sex in the shower, hahaha
