i like those midnight milky ways. i like the little halloween mixes that have the teeny tiny milky ways (not even the mini bar ones, the ones that are like a tiny square). they are just enough chocolate for me. but the dark is def my fav. i pick those out first.

i hate milk chocolate, though i will eat something white chocolate once in a long while. i prefer my chocolate to have at least 60% cacao solids too, unless it has nuts or something else in it.

I was referring to the former -- the variety known as "american cheese". I agree that american cheddar is damn good -- but that's "cheddar made in america", not cheddar-style "american cheese". The only thing american cheese is good for is grilled-cheese sandwiches. Strangely, the same is true about american-style white bread.
