I can get video for youtube and streaming channels, but sound doesn't want to work. I can get internet radio goin, it just seems that if there is video, there is no audio. I've tried to reinstall flash, did nothing. Ideas? I'm not very computer savy.

what about videos that are downloaded on your computer. does the sound work for those. do you by chance have an internet keybord that has a mute function on it that you can possible unmute by pressing it

videos that are downloaded work fine. This is happening on my laptop and there is no mute issue with the keyboard.
