1)Encourage poor people to have abortions, whose costs are covered by the government
2)Pay a big name "rapper" (like Lil' Wayne) to make songs about proper condom use, and marrying bitches that you knock up, and turning in your gun but keep them to good beats and make them "dope"
3)Pay churches to spread the word that abortions are holy ways to deal with babys born out of wedlock
4)Push a law that says that all unmarried preggo bitches must get an abortion unless they can prove that they make at least 60k a year
